As you discovered in Week 8, termination is a time to reflect on what members have learned during their time in group. This reflection allows members to consolidate the learning into the broader spectrum of their lives. Counselors-in-training may also benefit from taking the time to reflect on, summarize, and share their newly gained knowledge of group work with their peers. Each new experience in group work will become an integral part of your professional journey as a group leader.

For this final week of the course, you will reflect on what you have learned about group process and dynamics throughout this course. Also, you will reflect on your small group cohort experience to inform your sense of self-awareness.
